Regina Darlene Phelps, age 78, a Banking Credit Assistant and resident of Porterville, California passed away on September 29, 2026.
She is survived by her sons, Chris Manning and Robert Phelps; daughter, Jessica Phelps; brothers, Ted and Andy Crow; Sister, Margie Peoples; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward R. Evans and Merna May Kirkpatrick; her husband, William Robert Phelps; and her grandson, Anthony Moore.
A Celebration of Life will be held at First Southern Baptist Church in Porterville, California on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Interment to be private.
