Kay Ellen Rogers was born on August 16, 1961, to Billy and Dianne Rogers in Porterville, CA. She was 63 years old when she passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024.

She was an amazing sister, mother, and grandmother. She leaves behind her sister Sabrina Herrera, brothers Tony and Richard Rogers, daughter Becca Aragon, and granddaughters Crystal and Jazlyn.
