Jennifer Rose Dohrer

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Jennifer Rose Dohrer on July 6, 2023 at the young age of 38. Jenny was born on March 17, 1985 in Visalia, Ca to Robert and Christina Dohrer. Jen was artistic, creative, hard working and absolutely loved to cook for her family and friends. Jennifer was a graduate of Porterville College and worked as a Psychiatric Technician for thirteen years. She was a compassionate and dedicated Administrator for MARS group for eight years. Jennifer is survived by her husband Justin Ennis who she cherished more than words. Their story began in childhood, and when they reconnected in 2005 their love blossomed and they became inseparable. Jennifer and Justin spent eighteen wonderful years together and helped raise many of their nieces and nephews. Jenny was a kind and generous soul, she was always putting others before herself. Her love and compassion was felt by all those who knew her. Jennifer is survived by her mother Christina Dohrer and Father Robert Dohrer. Her sister Karen Wallace and brothers Robert and Justin Dohrer. Her best friend, cousin, and birthday twin Tara Allen. Her Grandfather Eli Johnson, Her mother in law Diana Zwaagstra and grandmother in law Elenor Matthews. Sister in law Alicia Steel, Kristin Ennis and Kailyn Zwaagstra. Brother in Law Hessel Zwaagstra and Evan Holzem. Nephews Christian, Aiden, Andrew, little Robert, Konner and Brian. Nieces Emma Rose, Cheyenne, and Kaylee. Aunts Jonnetta Rose, Lynna, and Vickie. Uncles Jon, Tom, Paul and Greg. Cousins Stacie, Kimberly, Jayden, JT, Michael, Aaron, Cindy, Jessica, Nick, Anthony, Lorenzo, Sinora, Cassie, Blake, Michaela, Wade, Fallon, her precious pups Miley and Lily, and so many cousins, friends, and others who loved her so dearly and will miss her sweet smile and bright light. A private burial will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park on July 21st and celebration of life will be held on July 22, 2023 at 2:00pm for family and friends.
