Florence P. Frazier, age 96, a Pink Ladies Volunteer and resident of Porterville, California, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
A Service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, 308 N. D Street, Porterville, California on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Porterville, California. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you please consider a donation in Florence's name to one of the following organizations: Alzheimer's Association; America's Gold Star Families; Humane Society of the US
