Belinda Toledo

Belinda Toledo was born on May 18, 1956, in San Antonio, Texas and passed away peacefully on January 26, 2024 in Visalia, California. Belinda was a devoted wife to Jorge Mario Toledo and mother. Belinda is survived by 4 sons, 3 daughters, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, 1 brother, and 4 sisters.

As a Psychiatric Technician, for 32 years, Belinda dedicated herself to service at the

Porterville Developmental Center, leaving an indelible impact on the PDC community. Her

commitment and compassion defined her professional journey.

Beyond her work, Belinda embraced life with a passion in spending time with her family to enjoying the vibrant lights of the casino. She cherished each moment. Her feisty spirit will

forever be remembered by those fortunate enough to have shared in the warmth of her love and

youthful smile. She will be greatly missed by all.

A Visitation will be held at Myers Reception Hall in Porterville, California on Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A Rosary will be held service will be at Myers Reception Hall in Porterville, California on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 6:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Cross Church in Porterville, California on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Porterville, California.
