Harold James Barbarick

Harold James Barbarick, 90, of Porterville, CA passed away on August 20th, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 29th at 10:00 AM at the Porterville Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Vandalia Cemetery.
Harold was born in Los Angeles on December 29th, 1931. He married Sally Evelyn Nye (who lovingly referred to him as 'Elmer') on August 17th, 1954. Harold was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Sally Barbarick; parents, Alva and Florence Barbarick; and sister, Barbara Lawless.
He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Brad Spring; son and daughter-in-law, Curtis and Lisa Barbarick; grandchildren, Katy Mock, Sarah Barnhill and husband Tim, Harrison Barbarick and wife Katelyn, and Rachel Spring; and three great grandchildren, Michal, Jamison, and Nolan Mock.
Harold will be remembered for his sense of humor, practical jokes, and love of country music. He will be missed but we know that we will see him again in heaven where he will be dancing while Sally is singing Boot Scootin’ Boogie.
