Don Edward Morris

Don Edward Morris, a resident of Porterville, California, went home to the Lord on December 20, 2021. He was born in Wigston, England on May 13, 1945, born to Don and Irene Morris, he was 76 years old.
Don served the U.S. all of his life. He was in the U.S. Navy for nine years. He worked for the California Department of Forestry for 26 years, retiring in 2000. As Captain, Don worked at “Mountain Homes” the last 13 years, which he dearly loved.
Don is survived by his wife, Martha Morris of Porterville; son, Robert Hunter of Porterville; sisters, Christian Lausman (Dee) of Visalia, Rene Morris (Bob) of West Virginia, Cindy Spradlin (David) of Texas, and Colleen Weddle (Corbitt) of Visalia; grandchildren, Nikolas Morris of Idaho, Mathew Morris of Sacramento, Jennifer Hunter of Porterville and David Hunter of Porterville.
