Billy L. Loflin, Sr, born on May 30, 1937 in Tulare, CA to William and Adie Mae Loflin, passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022 in Tulare, CA, at the age of 84.
Billy graduated from Porterville High School in 1955, enlisted into the Air Force and for 8 years served his country as a Jet Mechanic. He was employed as a developmental specialist with Porterville Developmental Center, retiring in 1987.
To know Billy was to love him, he loved his family, his pups, his hot rod cars and making right hand turns (rather than waiting for the light to turn green in the actual direction he wanted to go)!
He leaves behind his loving family, his wife of 64 years, Oneita; son & daughter in law, Billy Jr and Sandi; son, Jeff; son & daughter in law, Brian and Erika; his Grandchildren, Allie Cardoza (Joey), Christopher Loflin (Krista), Natalie Ezquibel (Bobby), and Duston Loflin; his great grandchildren, Hunter Cardoza and Arielle Ezquibel; and his twin brother, Bobby.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Myers Funeral Reception Hall, Portervill, CA on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Interment to be private.
